Description Job Title: Specialist I Manufacturing - Cooler Assembly Location: On-Site, Dallas, TX Employment Type: Contract to Perm Industry: Defense and Aerospace Compensation: $22.00/hr Schedule: 1 ^st shift - 6:00am-3:30pm (every other Friday off) for approx. 6 months with possibility of moving to either 2 ^nd shift or weekend shift About the Opportunity: Join a hands-on engineering team where you'll perform precision electro-mechanical assembly, testing, and troubleshooting on advanced electronic systems. In this role, you'll work with detailed technical drawings, small-scale components, and specialized tools to deliver high-quality, reliable products in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Ideal candidates bring strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a background in complex assembly. APPLY TODAY Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of experience in soldering Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical-mechanical assembly Minimum 2 years of experience working with small-scale / precision tools What Sets You Apart: Solder Certfication Excellent manual dexterity Experience with microscopes Strong attention to detail Good vision (critical for precision work) Experience handling chemicals, epoxy, and wiring Experience in troubleshooting and partition testing Ability to follow detailed processes to ensure quality and accuracy Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen Ability to lift 25 lbs. less than 5% per week, standing or walking 50% of the time Work Authorization In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
