Creative Production Manager

This is a 5-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.


Summary

We are seeking an experienced Creative Production Manager to lead the execution and delivery of marketing campaign assets across a premium streaming programming slate. In this role, you will partner closely with the Creative Director to drive campaign development-overseeing timelines, budgets, creative production, and asset tracking from kickoff through final delivery. This position plays a critical role in ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered efficiently while supporting cross-functional teams in bringing high-impact creative campaigns to life.


Our Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or marketing operations
  • Passion for entertainment marketing with a strong foundation in campaign production and operational strategy
  • Proficient in Airtable, Excel, or similar workflow tools, with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Familiar with end-to-end post-production processes for trailers and short-form video content
  • Skilled in collaborating with creative, marketing, production, and cross-functional teams
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple large-scale marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs in fast-paced environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage asset lifecycles, campaign budgets, and vendor relationships while ensuring timely delivery of creative assets

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the operational execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring creative assets are produced and delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with campaign strategy.

You'll partner with creative, marketing, production, and cross-functional teams to build and maintain campaign timelines, define asset requirements, and coordinate production milestones. This includes managing campaign budgets, forecasting costs, developing contingency plans, and aligning production resources with strategic marketing priorities.

You will also track production across a variety of marketing touchpoints-including trailers, TV spots, social content, paid media, digital assets, international deliverables, and broadcast placements-while coordinating closely with post-production and finishing teams to prioritize assets and manage workflows.

Additionally, you will manage external vendors and agency partners from onboarding through invoicing, monitor campaign performance and budget allocations, and provide clear production updates and insights to senior stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media Production, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Background in marketing, entertainment production, creative operations, or media campaign management
  • Experience working within entertainment, streaming, media companies, or creative agencies preferred

Additional Requirements

  • This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work.
  • The pay for this W-2 position is$85.00 per hour.
  • This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
