What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be the primary architect of the customer onboarding journey, directly influencing how MEP firms maximize their software investment and achieve critical business outcomes. You will have the unique opportunity to leverage AI-assisted tools and modern automation to streamline complex technical workflows, positioning yourself as a high-impact leader in the evolution of construction technology. Key Exciting Responsibilities * Orchestrate the entire implementation lifecycle as a trusted partner, from initial discovery and "Welcome" calls to final successful adoption. * Design and execute tailored implementation strategies that align Trimble's MEP solutions with specific client business objectives and milestones. * Lead technical software installations and integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between third-party applications and Trimble platforms. * Spearhead the creation of innovative Knowledge Base content and best practices to empower both internal teams and the global customer base. * Drive continuous process improvement by utilizing data insights and AI-driven efficiencies to enhance the overall client onboarding experience. Essential Skills & Experience * Strong background in MEP trades or construction estimating workflows with a deep understanding of industry-standard platforms. * Proven success in client-facing roles such as software implementation, professional services, or technical consulting. * Exceptional project management abilities with a track record of coordinating multiple complex implementations simultaneously. * Tech-savvy professional comfortable navigating CRM systems (Salesforce), productivity suites, and modern AI-enabled troubleshooting tools. * Dynamic communicator capable of motivating clients and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve escalated technical challenges. Bonus Points For * Technical degree or diploma in Construction, MEP Trades, or Engineering. * Experience documenting software bugs and enhancement requests for Product Management teams. * Familiarity with data modification techniques and third-party software integrations. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
