You're comfortable navigating evolving systems and processes, and you bring a steady, service-focused approach to every task. If you enjoy being the operational backbone that keeps loans moving smoothly from application through closing, this role is for you.

About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Support the assigned MLO by coordinating loan applications, disclosures, file preparation, approvals, and closings while providing clear, timely communication to clients.
  • Gather borrower documentation, identify file gaps, and work directly with clients, processors, and internal departments to resolve outstanding items.
  • Prepare and organize closing packets, disclosures, and related documents to ensure files are complete and ready for processing and underwriting.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as phone support, document preparation, report pulls, and client issue resolution to maintain file accuracy and momentum.
  • Contribute to loan production goals by delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong knowledge of lending regulations, internal policies, and the current mortgage environment.
  • Uphold First Line of Defense practices by following fraud-prevention standards, recognizing red flags, and protecting client and Company Non-Public Information.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 1-3 years of mortgage lending experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Encompass LOS.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, follow through, and provide a strong client experience.
  • Relationship-focused approach with experience supporting a range of client profiles.
  • NMLS certification preferred (required within 1 year of hire).

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary: $18.81 - $25.00/HR, plus strong bonus potential.

  • 401(k) plan with employer match.

  • Paid parking and transportation benefits.

  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including:

    • Health savings accounts (HSA)

    • Flexible spending accounts (FSA)

    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Generous paid time off and bank holidays.

  • Access to training and professional development programs.

  • Sponsorship and support for obtaining professional certifications.

  • A culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared success.
