Overview
Healthcare is at an inflection point. AI has the potential to fundamentally change how people understand their health, how clinicians practice medicine, and how systems deliver care - but only if it is built with deep domain knowledge, clinical credibility, and profound respect for human trust.
Microsoft AI is building Copilot as a new interface for thinking, learning, and living - and health is one of its most consequential frontiers. AsDirector of Go To Market, Health - Copilot | Microsoft AI, you will define how Microsoft AI's health experiences reach the world - and move from promise to real, sustained adoption. This is a downstream go-to-market (GTM) leadership role, focused on execution, orchestration, and growth in one of the most complex and regulated domains we operate in.
You will own the downstream adoption of health experiences. Your mandate is to ensure that what we build can be responsibly activated - that it lands clearly with patients, partners, and clinicians, earns credibility, and becomes trusted enough to use again and again.
You will partner deeply with the Health Product & Engineering Team Leadershipandthe Health Product Inbound Marketing Manager -who jointly owns upstream insight, narrative, and positioning - to translate strategy into execution. Where Product Marketing Management (PMM) helps define what is true, you ensure it becomes real in market. Where PMM sets the story, you design the motions that allow people to experience and believe it.
This is a role for a builder and orchestrator - someone who can bring coherence to a fragmented GTM ecosystem and help Microsoft AI show up in health with clarity, care, and impact.
Microsoft AI brings the scale, scientific depth, and longterm commitment required to build responsibly in healthcare. We are one of the few organizations able to operate at true global scale-combining technical excellence, clinical credibility, and a principled approach to trust, privacy, and responsible AI.
Copilot sits at the center of Microsoft's AI strategy, and healthcare is one of its most consequential frontiers. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape how AI shows up in people's health lives-working alongside worldclass clinicians, scientists, and product builders, with the potential to impact billions of people worldwide.
This role is critical to ensuring our products don't just exist, but meaningfully reach the people and systems that need them. It shapes how AI delivers realworld value in health through execution-turning ambition into adoption and innovation into trusted outcomes.
Microsoft brings not just the platform scale to make health innovation real, but also the deep institutional commitment to trust, privacy and responsible AI, and the resources and resolve to build in healthcare the right way-not the fast way.
Together, we contribute to Microsoft's mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positivelyimpactour culture every day.
