Essential Functions & Responsibilities Senior Talent Administrator The Senior Talent Administrator will manage the interviewing, logistics, compliance reporting, and applicant tracking best practices to effectively support business objectives as Arcwood continues to grow. This role will exemplify the talent brand for Arcwood and set the stage for a best in class candidate and new hire experience. They will be an ambassador for candidates interviewing both onsite and virtually, as well as serve as a subject matter expert for Arcwood's Applicant Tracking System (iCIMs). Successful candidates will have a deep understanding of ATS functionality and experience in data integrity, compliance and system optimization. Location: This position is based in our Indianapolis corporate office, we offer a hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. Essential Functions & Requirements:
Education - High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field (preferred) Experience
