As a Dishwasher on our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include:

• Ensure the kitchen area is clean, well maintained and organized at all times.
• Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
• Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards.
• Collect and remove trash from all areas of the operation.
• Carry out general cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping, washing, emptying of rubbish bins and boxes ensuring placement in the correct containers.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, dishes and other minor equipment routinely used.
• Wash, wipe, sort, and stack dishes, and load/unload dishwasher in an organized and safe manner.

The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities:

• Previous experience as a Dishwasher.
• Knowledge and proficiency to operate industrial dishwashers.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependability and regular attendance.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
