Position Summary:
The General Labor - Production Associate supports manufacturing operations by assisting with production line activities, material staging, inspection support, packaging, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role helps ensure efficient production flow and adherence to quality standards within a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

What You'll Do:
  • Support daily production line operations under supervision
  • Load and unload materials and components onto production equipment
  • Assist operators with staging parts, tools, and packaging materials
  • Perform basic visual inspections of materials and finished products
  • Package, label, and palletize finished solar components
  • Maintain production documentation as required
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas (5S practices)
  • Support movement of materials between production areas as needed
  • Report equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Job Requirements
What you'll Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 40-50lbs as needed
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
What Sets you apart:
  • Previous experience in a solar manufacturing environment
  • Exposure to solar, semiconductor, electronics, or technical manufacturing environments
  • Basic computer skills for production tracking or documentation entry
