About This Role
This position provides support services to our Medical Clinic by answering incoming phone calls utilizing good telephone communication skills and knowledge of Health Center policies and procedures. Registers patients confirming eligibility and including collecting correct billing information and insurance. Schedules appointments to include follow-ups. About Us Lafene Health Center provides students with accessible, high quality, and affordable outpatient healthcare, focusing on keeping students healthy and promoting a healthy campus community. Care is provided by board certified physicians and nurse practitioners, as well as nursing professionals. Students have access to coordinated and comprehensive services targeted at building and maintaining overall well-being. We believe good health is essential for academic success. Worksite Description This position is On-site. All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law.
