Corporate Paralegal

We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support the Corporate Governance and Securities team, working closely with Finance, Investor Relations, and senior legal leadership. This role involves SEC filings, corporate recordkeeping, equity administration, and a variety of legal support tasks in a fast-paced public company environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Section 16 forms (3, 4, 5), proxy statements, and related disclosures
• Support international securities and exchange filings
• Maintain corporate records and governance documents, including board materials, minutes, and consents
• Assist with equity plan documentation and grant approvals
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and memos
• Provide litigation support, including document collection, organization, and coordination with external counsel
• Support legal operations initiatives and special projects
• Draft and review commercial contracts and NDAs under attorney supervision
• Manage timelines and project plans for corporate and securities deliverables
