As a Security Officer Hospital Patrol in Latrobe, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support patients, staff, and visitors through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting relevant details.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas, assist with access control activities, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related concerns.
• Support a healthcare environment by offering directions, addressing routine questions, and helping to maintain orderly conditions for patients, visitors, and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
