This position will serve as the primary coordinator for writing and implementing support plans for students with disabilities. Duties for the Office of Student Success include, but are not limited to:A. Develops and provides services for ASMSA's students B. Supports the Associate Dean of College Counseling with services for ASMSA's most talented students C. Supports the Associate Dean of College Counseling with executing systems that aid students in the exploration, identification, and selection of college options D. Staff Development E. Student Development Qualifications: REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * A Master of Secondary Guidance Counseling, Student Affairs, or a related field with intensive writing is preferred. * Superb written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. * Experience in school counseling or selective university admissions is preferred. * Experience in conducting workshops and facilitating group activities is preferred.
