Sr.Analyst-Solution Architect

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Software Engineer to design and deliver agentic AI systems that operate seamlessly across enterprise workflows. This role will focus on building autonomous and semi-autonomous systems utilizing large language models (LLMs), with a tool orchestration, memory management, and multi-step decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in AI and ML integration, enabling them to create innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement agentic AI systems that integrate with existing enterprise workflows.
• Utilize large language models (LLMs) to create autonomous and semi-autonomous systems capable of complex decision-making.
• Develop and maintain tool orchestration frameworks to enhance system capabilities and performance.
• Implement memory management strategies to ensure efficient data handling and retrieval in AI systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct testing and validation of AI systems to ensure reliability and accuracy in real-world applications.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies to continuously improve system design and functionality.
• Document system architecture, design decisions, and implementation processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven expertise in AI and ML integration, with a strong focus on engineering practices.
• Experience in developing and deploying large language models (LLMs) in enterprise environments.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Familiarity with tool orchestration frameworks and memory management techniques.
• Solid understanding of multi-step decision-making processes in AI systems.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based AI services and platforms.
• Knowledge of data engineering and data pipeline development.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
