Summary of Primary Functions: The Safety Support Technician supports the implementation and maintenance of the plant's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs in a non-supervisory, hourly role based onsite in Moss Point, MS. This position assists in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and safe work practices. The Safety Support Technician works closely with safety specialists, production personnel, supervisors, and management to identify hazards, prevent injuries, and promote a strong safety culture throughout the facility. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred. Safety Inspections and Hazard Identification

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an office environment but will be required periodically to go out into the plant/field environment that includes noise, dirt, heat, cold, oil, fumes, and other elements.
