| Job Description Summary: |
The George Washington University School of Nursing (GWNursing) drives innovation and improvements in healthcare worldwide through the education of compassionate nurses, esteemed educators and researchers, entrepreneurial leaders, and influential policy experts.
This administrative support position provides essential support to the Office of Admissions and Student Services, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves managing student testing, coordinating events and lunches, and maintaining office communication. Key responsibilities include handling test proctoring, managing phone inquiries, assisting with emails and communications, and supporting event preparation.
Additionally, this position requires strong technological proficiency, as the individual will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting testing equipment, overseeing exam proctoring, and ensuring a seamless testing experience for students. The role may also involve budget tracking, organizing P-card receipts, and coordinating room reservations as needed.
Specific duties include:
* Answering phone calls
* Assisting with emails and communication
* Helping with event preparation
* Testing coordination and proctoring

| Minimum Qualifications: |
Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma/GED plus 3 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |
