These positions play a critical role in driving business growth, providing strategic and operational support that empowers our teams in the field to deliver exceptional results. In this role you will manage pipeline movements and optimize inventories to ensure adequate quantities are available to meet contractual obligations with suppliers and customers. This role is responsible for administrating interchange contractual agreements and analyzing the pricing of off-system sales and purchases.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors product levels and ensures adequate quantities of products are available in pipelines and storage facilities daily.
  • Schedule product in a timely manner to maintain contractual obligations.
  • Verifies storage customers' balances each month and schedules product into and out of each location.
  • Builds and maintains customer relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Prepares daily inventory report detailing supply/demand for Trading, Supply and Wholesale.
  • Schedules and arranges all pumps either on the pipelines or storage facilities for all tenders.
  • Provide cross-functional support by backing up other schedulers as needed.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries, supporting FNA leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee Supply, Trading, and Wholesale contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.
  • Key contact for FNA contracts for FNA Managers
  • Provides oversight for contract confirmations, changes, updates, etc.
  • Coordinates contract information, distribution, and explanations
  • Research and reconciles credit/accounting discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and timely tracking of storage costs and volumes; provide analysis and insights to support decision-making.
  • Process broker invoices and ensure proper documentation and accuracy.
  • Perform daily pricing data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, scheduling, or distribution operations.
  • 1+ years of experience within the energy, propane, or commodities industry preferred.
  • Working knowledge of storage facilities, pipeline operations, and product flow logistics.
  • Experience coordinating product movements, inventory management, and/or pipeline or terminal scheduling.
  • Exposure to contract administration, including managing confirmations, tracking obligations, and supporting contract compliance.
  • Experience preparing operational or inventory reports and analyzing supply/demand data.
  • Demonstrated ability to reconcile data discrepancies and partner with accounting/finance teams to resolve issues.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, organizational, and written skills.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve independently and make sound, data-driven decisions.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States
