Human Resources Coordinator

The HR Coordinator supports day to day human resources operations across field and corporate teams. This role focuses on execution, accuracy, and service. The position works closely with the HR team to support recruiting, onboarding, employee data management, compliance tracking, and employee support. The role requires strong organization, discretion, and follow through in a fast paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

* Support recruiting and hiring for field and corporate roles.

* Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and required new hire paperwork.

* Maintain employee records, files, and HR systems.

* Track compliance items such as I9s, licenses, training, and documentation.

* Support employee relations processes and escalate issues as needed.

* Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and employee questions.

* Process job changes, terminations, and status updates.

* Support performance review and compensation administration cycles.

* Coordinate training sessions and safety related documentation.

* Prepare reports and data for the HR Director and leadership.

* Respond to employee inquiries with accuracy and confidentiality.

* Support audits and compliance reviews.

* Provide administrative support to the HR team.
