Under the direction of the space and occupancy planning director, the planning team provides occupancy and space planning support to the client on various levels, optimizing supply and demand planning within a physical portfolio and directly supporting the goals of the business and coordinating real estate objectives. This leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of space management and occupancy planning on a client account, including conducting reviews, developing scenarios, tracking KPIs, providing support to clients, and ensuring accurate database management. As a "player-coach," the Director collaborates closely with the team on projects and engages cross-disciplinary partners to conceive, design, and develop processes to support client initiatives and standards. Benefits For Salary Roles Pursuant to state/local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Area/Location Specific: Remote USA Approximate Salary Range for Role: $118,850 to $140,000 Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
