We are seeking a dedicated Monarch Lounge Lead Bartender to join our dynamic team and contribute to the exceptional guest experience we're known for. As Lead Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while demonstrating a vast knowledge of cocktails.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing friendly, attentive, and timely beverage and snack service

  • Greeting guests warmly and confidently explaining drink specials and promotions

  • Taking accurate orders and entering them promptly into the POS system

  • Demonstrating knowledge of cocktails, beer selections, taps, and premium brands

  • Maintaining cleanliness of guest tables, service stations, and lounge areas

  • Replenishing beverages and checking back regularly to ensure guest satisfaction

  • Handling cash accurately and responsibly in a self-banking environment

  • Assisting the bar team and supporting overall lounge operations

  • Adhering to all state, federal, and corporate liquor laws and safety standards

  • Performing side work, cleaning duties, and special guest requests as needed

What we are looking for:

  • Basic knowledge of cocktails and beverage service (bartending experience preferred)

  • Ability to memorize and promote menu items and beverage offerings

  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Comfort working in both busy and slower-paced environments

  • Ability to lift and carry trays up to 40 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods

  • Cash handling experience and ability to operate a POS system

  • Willingness to obtain required licenses and certifications (TIPS certification required; bartender certification preferred)

Shift Available: 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: $19.03 per hour
