Essential functions of the role:




  • Operations Strategy, Transformation & Delivery




    • Operating model design, strategic planning, and execution.



    • Lead cross-functional programs and transformation initiatives.



    • Balance long-term strategy with near-term delivery





  • Payments Operations & Systems Leadership




    • SME for banking systems and embedded banking activities



    • Drive implementations, migrations, and system scalability



    • Translate business needs into systems and workflows





  • Risk, Controls & Partner Ecosystem




    • Ensure resilient, compliant, and well-controlled operations



    • Manage fintech vendors, processors, and bank partners



    • Optimize processes through automation and efficiency improvements





  • Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job




Requirements



  • * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience



  • 10+ years of experience in Embedded Banking, Banking-as-a-Service, or technology enabled financial operations.



  • Strong understanding of funds flows, reconciliation, processor operations, various embedded products, and related financial institution infrastructure.



  • Ability to navigate regulatory expectations and implement risk-mitigating operational controls with embedded banking and a traditional bank environment.



  • High proficiency with server-based systems, enterprise banking platforms, and modern operational tools.



  • Experience in fintech or high-growth banking environments.



  • Demonstrated experience leading largescale operational transformations
