Position Summary
The Recruitment Coordinator orchestrates the end-to-end hiring process for University and Health Clinic personnel. This role is the critical engine behind our talent pipeline, ensuring that every search is executed with efficiency and a spirit of partnership. It is an ideal fit for a talent acquisition professional who thrives in a high-touch, mission-driven environment where collaborative problem-solving and excellent service are the standards. While this role involves minimal active sourcing and screening responsibilities, it requires a "consultant mindset"-the ability to advise hiring managers on best practices while maintaining strong communication and a seamless candidate experience. This position may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement after 90 days, which could include a work from home option 1-2 days a week.
