Program/Project Manager 4

The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics,and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations.We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while activelysupporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.

As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for Pilot Manufacturing. You'll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.

• Lead programs that drive business process optimization and operational efficiency
• Build solutions that standardize workflows, streamline business execution, reduce cycle time, and improve decisionmaking across the organization
• Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.
• Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 6+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of related experience in project management or program management
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and operational execution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
