TEKsystems is seeking candidates with ACTIVE General Lines P&C licenses to join our clients team. Description In this role, you will handle inbound sales opportunities, support customers with insurance solutions, and deliver industry-leading service standards. Responsibilities: * Meet and maintain individual sales goals while providing exceptional customer service * Respond promptly to inbound leads, including website applications and incoming calls * Educate customers on property and casualty insurance products * Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems * Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, call-driven environment * Collaborate closely with teammates to support overall team success Skills & Qualifications * Active General Lines - Property and Casualty License * Prior sales experience * Associates degree/2 years completed of higher education * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Start date: Monday, May 11th Availability: ideal candidates are comfortable working hours between 8:00am - 8:00pm (8 hour shift only) Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.52 - $24.52/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
