Overview Operational Support Specialist L2 woodcons.com Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland, USA Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Day Telework: None Salary Range: **$80,000 to $100,000 per year ** Starting salary is based on minimum education and years of experience and increases based on education and/or experience. Overview: We are seeking a Operations Support Specialist Level 2 to provide missioncritical operational, compliance, and coordination support to a federal customer in the Annapolis Junction, Maryland area. This role supports daytoday operational workflows by managing incoming actions, ensuring timely resolution, maintaining highquality documentation, and preparing materials for government decisionmakers. The ideal candidate has experience supporting intelligence, cybersecurity, or operational mission environments and demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Security Clearance Requirements: This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens and possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph. Maintain documentation (e.g., Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), official responses to actions, tracking spreadsheets and databases, and decision memos) to be kept in Track-It, JIRA, Confluence, Siteworks, Corporate Data Repositories and shared directories.
