HYBRID ONSITE IN SANTA CLARA - CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO THE AREA, NOT OPEN TO RELOCATION
Duration: 6 month contract Pay Rate: 45-51/hr contingent on experience Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. This role does not allow for visa sponsorship (including OPT AND STEM). NO C2C! The MyHR Portal Content Operations & Governance Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operational management and quality of MyHR content and user experience in ServiceNow. This role supports content writers globally, maintains knowledge base hygiene and article lifecycle activities, manages homepage/topic page content placements (e.g., carousels), and coordinates content governance workflows across COEs and countries to ensure content is easy to find, easy to understand, easy to trust, and easy to maintain. Content Quality & Governance Enforcement Review and remediate content issues impacting employee experience, including:
Content Writer Enablement & Support
Homepage & Topic Page Management
Platform Testing & Release Support
Reporting & Operational Insights Track and report on content operations metrics such as content freshness, remediation progress, governance compliance, and operational readiness.
