Project Manager Applied Sciences
What you will be doing: This position will be accountable for supporting the development and utilization of common practices, methodologies, tools across the practice; for financial planning/results monitoring; and general project support activities. This position is responsible for the delivery of the project management functions as part of PAS research initiatives. This position will collaborate daily across PAS and work closely with Project Owners to meet deliverables
Project Management experience in healthcare Managing, mentoring and developing professional growth Financial experience including budget tracking and reconciliation
Key Responsibilities Project Management - 60% Project manage client-facing projects, ensuring the achievement of proper planning, execution, and results.
Utilize project implementation methodology for onboarding new projects Build and maintain relationships with internal and external groups Track content deliverables and scope Assist with aspects of project planning Organize and assist with assigning work specific to projects Maintain project plans, schedules, and trackers Track SME payments for Sunshine Act reporting Align budget forecasts with actual work activity Collaborate with project team to establish initial project budget Maintain budgets in Workday Effectively communicate to internal and external project teams to ensure project success Co-lead workgroups across multiple initiatives and gather feedback from internal stakeholders to drive focused process improvements
Methodologies, Tools, and Services - 20%
Ensure consistency and standardization in an array of tools, methodologies, and practices Tools: Project management, Sunshine Act reporting, sponsor surveys, project databases, project trackers and applications Processes, methodologies and templates for milestone tracking, meeting agendas, meeting summaries, action item tracking Maintain current repository of standard Legal templates, standard project reporting, staff bios, and presentation materials

Financial Management- 5%
Maintain Sunshine Act reporting simultaneously to meet annual requirements across all projects
Maintain procurement tracker for specific projects Track and communicate project profitability. Communicate risks, mitigation and out of scope activities to Project Owners.
Required Qualifications Work Experience: Years of Applicable Experience - 5 or more years
Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Preferred Qualifications Skills: Experience:
Project Management experience in healthcare Managing, mentoring, and developing professional growth Financial experience including budget tracking and reconciliation Large scale project management experience Clinical and operational improvement experience PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt Certifications

Travel Requirements: Travel 1-20% within the US

Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $72,000 - $120,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
