Overview

Waters Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the financial governance, planning, and performance management of a $1B multi-year Capital & OPEX portfolio supporting the BD Integration program. This leader will own end-to-end financial stewardship-including budgeting, forecasting, stagegate capital approvals, cost controls, risk & opportunity management, and benefits/synergy tracking-across multiple workstreams.



Responsibilities

    Manage the full $1B Capex/Opex program portfolio, including budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and controls
  • Drive monthly/quarterly close cycles and prepare executive-level reporting
  • Lead Capex stagegate reviews and business-case financials
  • Partner with Program and Workstream Leads on financial planning, risks, and decision support
  • Oversee benefits/synergy tracking with Controllership
  • Build reporting dashboards and standard operating mechanisms


Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Finance with large-scale program portfolio experience
  • BS/BA in Finance, MBA Optional
  • Expertise in Capex/Opex planning and governance
  • Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills
  • Experience partnering with senior cross-functional leaders
