The Compliance & Regulatory Sr. Specialist works within the HR Compliance & Regulatory team with a specialized focus and expertise on a specified topic, such as; I-9 and E-Verify; Pre-Employment services and support; US Employment Law and Regulations; and/or Policy Governance. The Compliance and Regulatory Sr. Specialist specializes in the needs of the employment-related topic and ensuring company compliance by monitoring, providing guidance, resolving issues, and providing education. This position works collaboratively with a variety of partners, including HR Centers of Excellence, Legal, and the Business. Essential Functions
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Four (4) + years of HR experience to include understanding of HR policies, procedures, as well as Federal, State, and local regulations. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to coordinate and organize multiple functions/activities, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion, negotiation, conflict resolution and collaboration skills across all levels with the organization. Advanced computer skills, including experience with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other HR business systems. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: Pay: Memphis, TN Range - $5,662.27/month - $9,342.75/month Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius.
