Be the Power Behind Paint Booths

We are seeking a Service & Preventative Maintenance (SPM) Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as the central point of coordination for our Service & PM programs managing schedules, supporting customers, and ensuring that preventative maintenance contracts are fulfilled with precision and consistency. In this role, you'll be the nerve center of our Service & PM team connecting customers with techs, tracking service jobs, and making sure our maintenance programs are running like clockwork. What Success Looks Like

  • Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls and preventative maintenance visits
  • Schedule and track recurring maintenance programs to ensure contract compliance
  • Facilitate customer onboarding into GFS service programs and systems
  • Manage monthly filter orders and related service templates
  • Maintain accurate records in internal and external service systems
  • Collaborate with technicians, sales teams, and support staff to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Oversee spare parts lists to minimize downtime and meet customer needs

Qualifications That Shine

  • High school diploma with 3-5 years of customer service experience, or
  • Associate/Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • (Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered: 2 years of experience = 1 year of education)
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills-comfortable working with both people and systems
  • A knack for prioritizing, solving problems, and keeping projects on track

Transparent Rewards

At GFS, we recognize the dedication behind every role and ensure that our compensation reflects both your impact and our shared success.

Pay Range: $19.16 - $24.12 per hour, as applicable, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.

Bonus Eligibility: This position is eligible for an annual individual incentive based on company performance. Maximum bonus amounts may vary depending on role.
