Area Sales Director, Key Accounts, West Life. Unlimited. At Smith+Nephew we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. We're looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join our Advanced Wound Management team as Area Sales Director, Key Accounts, West. This high-impact, field-based role will drive growth across our integrated selling organizations, leading a team of Key Account Directors and shaping our strategy in top-tier accounts. What will you be doing?As Area Sales Director, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the Advanced Wound Management (AWM) strategy across high-priority accounts in the West. You'll lead a team of Key Account Directors, drive cross-selling and contracting across the full AWM portfolio, and serve as the portfolio link for the business unit. This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and frequent engagement with executive-level customer contacts to build relationships and deliver results. All field sales professionals who are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the requirements of those facilities they support, which can include adherence to any established vaccine protocols. You. Unlimited. The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $180,000 - $200,00USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for sales commission and incentives based on set targets. The commission earned will depend on the candidate's performance in the role.
