We use high-throughput perturbation screens and targeted genetic engineering coupled with epigenomic assays in human pluripotent stem cell-based models of differentiation. The specialist is expected to regularly present on their research progress, and to read and critically analyze scholarly articles to stay current with advancements in the field.
