How to Qualify as a CNC Machine Operator

• Entry-level machining experience or manufacturing background preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges)
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

What's Expected

• Tend and monitor CNC machines in a production setting
• Load and unload parts from machines efficiently and safely
• Perform basic in-process inspections to ensure product quality
• Conduct final inspections prior to packaging
• Package finished goods according to company standards
• Read and interpret blueprints to verify specifications
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
