Competitive Pay: This position offers an hourly wage starting at$30/hr.+, depending on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do:



  • Lead, train, and mentor control panel technicians and assemblers
  • Assign daily work, prioritize production schedules, and monitor progress
  • Oversee the assembly and wiring of industrial control panels, junction boxes, and enclosures
  • Mount electrical components including breakers, relays, PLCs, power supplies, VFDs, and terminal blocks
  • Perform point-to-point wiring based on electrical schematics and layout drawings
  • Ensure the label wires, devices, and components per standards
  • Ensure panels are built according to the electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
  • Perform continuity checks and basic functional testing
  • Inspect completed panels for accuracy and quality
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards (UL, NEC, customer specs)
  • Assist with troubleshooting wiring issues
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.


What You'll Need:



  • High school diploma or GED required. Technical degree or certification preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in industrial control panel assembly or related field
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics required
  • Familiarity with industrial control components (PLCs, VFDs, relays) preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical theory
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs
  • Manual dexterity for detailed wiring work
  • Prolonged standing and working in a shop environment
  • Exposure to noise, grease, and industrial conditions
