About the Role This role is responsible for the oversight of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) National Program (BlueCard) processing requirements and standards, and ensures policies and provisions are incorporated into the Plans practices and procedures. This position is also responsible for BCBSA and InterPlan complaints, escalations, and second blue bids across the Enterprise. This position is also accountable for BlueCard cross-divisional strategic initiatives and process improvement projects and ensures departmental compliance with BCBSA and internal regulatory policies and procedures, and related mandates. This position will be assigned as the BlueCard Executive Alternate.What You'll Do

Salary Range: $109,600 - $149,625This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Horizon at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
