Mobile Fleet Maintenance Technician | Full-Time

Position Summary

The Mobile Fleet Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing mobile medical coaches and trailers. This is a fully mobile role, working out of a company-provided service truck and traveling throughout an assigned region.

Key Responsibilities



  • Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Service trailers and fleet systems (brakes, suspension, generators, electrical, etc.)
  • Complete inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Maintain service records and documentation
  • Ensure DOT and safety compliance (including MRI/radiation protocols)
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment


Qualifications



  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • DOT Inspection Certificate required
  • Experience with fleet or trailer repair and diagnostics
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel (100% regional travel)


Preferred:



  • ASE certification, HVAC, or welding/fabrication experience


Additional Requirements



  • Flexible schedule (may include nights/weekends)
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable using mobile apps for service documentation
