Job Summary A Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions with a primary focus on recruitment. This role requires a highly organized, task-oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities and collaborate with various departments across the campus. The HR Generalist coordinates recruitment activities from posting to onboarding, ensures a positive candidate experience, and provides timely, accurate guidance on a variety of HR-related inquiries. Success in this role depends on strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions Recruitment & Candidate Experience (50%) HR Support & Employee/Faculty Relations (20%) HR Operations, Compliance & Team Support (20%) Performs other duties as assigned. (10%) Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution and two (2) years of full-time equivalent work experience in one or more areas of human resources. Some assignments may require experience in a specific area of human resources work due to the nature of the intended responsibilities. OR An equivalent combination of the education and/or experience as described above sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation, may be considered.
