The Control Tower Specialist is regularly required to sit for extended periods and to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment. The employee must be able to speak and hear clearly for frequent verbal communication with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders via phone and video conference. Close visual acuity is required to read and analyze data on computer screens and in written reports for extended periods throughout the workday. Occasional standing, walking, and reaching may be required. The employee may occasionally lift or carry materials weighing up to 10 pounds Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. The Control Tower Specialist works in a professional office or operations center environment. The role requires sustained focus in a fast-paced setting with frequent interruptions, competing priorities, and time-sensitive demands. The employee will work with multiple monitors and logistics technology platforms throughout the workday. Exposure to moderate noise levels typical of an office environment is expected. This position may require availability outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, to respond to urgent shipment issues, service disruptions, or critical operational escalations. For this position, the expected base pay range is $25.00 - $37.50 Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
