The eDiscovery team at Client is responsible for managing the exchange of electronic information in the context of litigation, regulatory actions, and internal investigations. Their work centers on electronically stored information (ESI), which includes identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analytics, production, and reporting of data in response to legal and regulatory matters.

The TPM role oversees the work streams and pipelined projects that Data Engineers are working on.

Compelling Story & Candidate Value Proposition: You will lead high-impact programs that enable Client's legal and regulatory response through advanced data engineering. You'll collaborate closely with legal, engineering, and data science experts to deliver scalable solutions for electronic data management, while influencing strategy and driving innovation at the intersection of law, data, and technology. This role offers the opportunity to grow your career in a global, multidisciplinary environment where your work has direct business impact.

Top 3 must-have HARD skills:

  • Leading high complexity, XFN-heavy full-stack engineering projects (both front- and back-end components, technical and non-technical stakeholders) end-to-end. This includes developing and managing to roadmaps, tracking tickets, producing comms, etc.
  • UI Design experience (a significant portion of this role will be assisting with UI design)
  • Organization / attention to detail

Good to have skills:

  • Experience as a full-stack software engineer
  • Agile / Scrum experience
  • Startup experience

Key Responsibilities of TPMs:

  • Program Definition: Help define the right scope, goals, and metrics for projects and programs.
  • Roadmap Alignment: Build alignment between teams and coordinate dependencies.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify risks early and work to reduce surprises.
  • Communication: Keep stakeholders informed and ensure transparency.
  • Program Execution: Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance process structures to support project teams.
  • Technical Leadership: Advocate for quality in technical design and system architectures, and influence team culture for higher product quality.

TPMs are especially valuable for programs that are highly cross-functional, technically complex, or have many dependencies across teams. They often work closely with engineering, product, and legal teams to ensure successful outcomes, particularly in areas like privacy, compliance, and data governance relevant to eDiscovery and Information Governance teams
