Division of Information Technology Job Description
* Provide end user hardware device support by: serving as an information resource related to various device and peripheral systems, including PC, Mac, Linux, and mobile device operating systems and application programs. Install, configure, and upgrade end user software and maintain device hardware and operating systems. Consult with end users to analyze their technological requirements. Shift
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma required. Minimum 1-2 Years of Higher Education experience. Experience with broad range of LAN and device knowledge skills and expansive knowledge of device/workstation hardware/software/operating systems. Preferred Qualifications
MacOS and Windows OS fluency. Customer Service experience a Plus. Anticipated Hiring Range
