As a Biologics NPD Program Manager, you will play a critical role in bringing innovative biologic products to life. What will you be doing?

• Leading complex biologics new product development programs from ideation through to commercialization

• Establishing and owning program plans, timelines, KPIs, budgets and cross functional deliverables

• Partnering closely with R and D, Marketing, Quality, Operations and Regulatory Affairs to ensure program success and compliance

• Facilitating decision making related to scope, cost, schedule, product quality and lifecycle management

• Driving continuous improvement in NPD governance, processes and ways of working

• Acting as a change leader by introducing new standards, mindsets and ways of operating across teams

What will you need to be successful?

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline, with a Master's degree preferred

• At least 8 years of experience in project management and/or NPD related fields within specified industry

• Hands on experience developing new products from inception through launch in a biologics, biomedical, pharmaceutical or similar environment

• Proven experience leading complex, global new product development programs

• Strong program and project management capability, supported by relevant industry standard certifications

• The ability to influence, collaborate and lead across diverse, cross functional teams

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $113,500 - $197,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
