Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Industrial Mechanic who will be responsible for ensuring that all engineered systems are maintained, the preventative maintenance program is caried out and is part of a team that installs, tests and verifies the proper operation of manufacturing equipment. This role will be responsible for assembling parts, installing process piping and servicing equipment like motors, blowers and pumps.

What we"ll get you doing:
* Perform Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on various types of industrial equipment, including motors, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machinery.
* Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems by observing machinery in operation, listening for problems, and using precision testing instruments. Disassemble equipment as needed to remove and replace defective parts such as gears, bearings, and belts.
* Installation and Setup: Assist with the installation, assembly, and calibration of new machinery and systems, ensuring all components are aligned according to manufacturer specifications and blueprints.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used, often utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
* Drive minimum 10 miles on daily basis within the site campus. They will be driving a company truck-van.

The essential requirements of the role include:
* Minimum of a 2-Year associate degree in the mechanical field.
* 2+ years as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment, preferable from the Pharmaceutical, Beverage or Food industry
* Strong background and knowledge in mechanical, pneumatics, and pump repair
* It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Preventative maintenance best practices
