Temporary Lab Support

The Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences seeks a temporary professional staff member to provide lab support, performing the following duties:

* Building of custom and commercial equipment for the assessment of brain and behavior function in mice (e.g., virtual reality based behavioral boxes).

* Establishment and maintenance of transgenic mouse colonies (e.g., breeding, genotyping, mouse colony husbandry).

* Support of anatomical and behavioral mouse neuroscience experiments.

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's degree in psychology, neuroscience, or related field.

* Experience with mouse colony husbandry.

* Knowledge of mouse behavior models.
