Mercy Hospital South is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Medical/Surgical teams. This role is open to both experienced RNs and new graduate nurses seeking a supportive, teamoriented environment with strong clinical exposure and opportunities for growth. Our Med/Surg units care for diverse patient populations and offer collaborative teamwork, schedule flexibility, and a strong foundation for continued skill development, while supporting worklife balance. Schedule & Shift Options * FullTime: 36 hours per week * Part-Time: 24 hours per week * Shifts Options: * Days: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM * Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM * 12hour shifts * Self-scheduling available * Free on-campus parking SignOn Bonus (No Contract Required) * Up to $10,000 for Experienced Registered Nurses * Up to $5,000 for New Graduate Registered Nurses (less than one year of experience) Relocation Assistance * Up to $3,000 available for eligible outofstate candidates relocating to the St. Louis, MO area to join Mercy Hospital South Benefits Available Day One * Medical, dental, and vision coverage through United Healthcare * Paid time off starting at up to 24 days in your first year, increasing to 34 days with tenure (up to 440 hours rollover) * Paid parental leave * Paid volunteer time * $100 per month employer contribution to a Dependent Care FSA Education & Loan Assistance * $10,000 Scholar Loan Program (LPN to RN) * $20,000 RN Loan Forgiveness * $16,000 RNtoBSN Tuition Assistance * $2,000 per fiscal year Education Assistance Position Details: Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical About the Role The MedicalSurgical RN provides direct patient care using the nursing process while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
