Job Description

TheQuality Specialist is a key member of the Panel team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability ofHomescanandOmnishopperdata products throughout the entire delivery lifecycle. This role safeguardsendtoendquality by owning validation processes,establishingstrong quality frameworks, and partnering closely withcrossfunctionalteams to uphold the highest standards of data excellence. The Quality Specialist playsa central rolein ensuring that every release meets business requirements, supports user needs, and reflects the integrity expected of ourPanelbasedsolutions.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, manage, and continuously refine validation processes across all stages of the delivery lifecycle, ensuring that data and product outputs meet defined quality standards
  • Partner with Data Science, PanelOnDemand, and Discover teams to design, implement, and enforce quality tollgates that support consistent, repeatable delivery
  • Lead and coordinate UAT activities, including test planning, execution, documentation, and stakeholder review ceremonies
  • Identify, investigate, and escalate data or workflow discrepancies, collaborating with technical and business teams to drivetimelyresolution
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, documentation, and quality frameworks that strengthenlongtermproduct reliability

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with panel data (Homescan,Omnishopper, or similar) isrequired
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively withcrossfunctionalteams
  • Experience working directly with clients or supportingclientfacingteams is preferred
