Starkey is adding a Program Manager Corporate at it's global headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. The Program Manager for Strategic Integration is responsible for delivery of project results within a portfolio of strategic initiatives that drive organizational alignment, operational integration, and enterprise transformation. This role ensures initiatives are prioritized, resourced, and executed in alignment with business strategy, while enabling cross-functional collaboration, measurable value delivery, and sustainable organizational change. This leader connects program requirements, resources and budget into key program deliverables that accelerate business performance, reduce fragmentation, and enhance organizational effectiveness.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Program Leadership



  • Manage strategic initiatives including transformation programs, operational alignment efforts, and enterprise change initiatives.
  • Ensure initiatives align with corporate strategy, financial goals, and operational priorities.
  • Work within and contribute to governance frameworks, prioritization models, and decision-making structures.


Program & Initiative Oversight



  • Provide oversight of multiple concurrent programs, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes are actively managed.
  • Monitor program performance through KPIs, ROI measures, and value realization tracking.
  • Identify integration opportunities to reduce duplication, improve efficiency, and strengthen collaboration.


Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Partner with executive leaders across HR, Finance, Operations, IT, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
  • Facilitate alignment between global, regional, and functional stakeholders.
  • Support leaders through change management, communication, and adoption strategies.


Governance & Reporting



  • Deliver clear executive reporting and strategic updates.
  • Lead program core teams, steering committees, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Ensure transparency on progress, risks, and resource needs.


Change & Integration Enablement



  • Drive organizational readiness for strategic initiatives.
  • Support best practices in transformation, integration planning, and execution discipline.
  • Successfully coordinate cross functional teams to deliver results regardless of discipline.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements



  • Education



    • Bachelor's Degree required; Masters degree preferred.



  • Experience



    • 5+ years of experience in project management (complex multi-functional teams), strategy execution, transformation, consulting, or corporate program leadership.



Knowledge / Technical Requirements



  • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen across operational, financial, and organizational domains.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The target rate for this position is between $105,490 to $143,850/year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
