Job Summary
Collaborates with line of business partners to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design, build, test, and release Generative AI solutions using platforms such as KeyIQ (GAI) and Copilot Studio (CP7). Partners with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable AI solutions leveraging enterpriseapproved platforms. Recommends solutions and direction in designing, configuring, testing, and implementing GenAI solutions to meet defined and anticipated requirements with highquality builds delivered on time and on budget. Supports root cause analysis and debugging of AI solutions to meet SLA expectations.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with LOB partners to analyze business processes, identify GenAI opportunities, and define solution requirements.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Copilot Studio (CP7) and KeyIQ (GAI).
- Build and refine prompts, conversation flows, tools, and orchestration logic to deliver effective AIdriven experiences.
- Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise systems and data sources using platformprovided capabilities.
- Execute required testing (functional, regression, and riskaligned) to ensure solution quality, accuracy, and reliability.
- Support root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of AI solutions to meet defined SLAs.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams (AI CoE, architecture, security, data, and risk) to ensure solutions align to standards and leading practices.
- Ensure solutions comply with CoE guidelines, security controls, data handling requirements, and change management processes.
- Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative enhancements and improvements across an AI solution portfolio.
- Communicate solution designs, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Facilitate inperson and virtual working sessions to gather requirements, review designs, test outcomes, and resolve issues.
- Maintain appropriate documentation for solution design, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Stay current with GenAI platform capabilities and emerging best practices to continuously improve solution effectiveness.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required)
Work Experience
-
Experience with Generative AI solution development, conversational AI, prompt and orchestration design, and/or AIenabled process transformation (preferred) - Experience supporting solutions in production environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies (preferred)
- Experience in banking or other regulated industries (preferred)

- Ability to use tools to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $69,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
