Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm Eastern, onsite in Woonsocket, RI

This is a hands-on role responsible for high-volume document processing, mailroom operations, and general facility support. You will operate specialized equipment to print, copy, and scan documents while ensuring all office machinery is maintained. This position requires a proactive individual capable of handling logistics, shipping, and various building support tasks to keep the office running efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Document Services: Operate high-volume printers, copiers, and imaging scanners. Perform bindery work (cutting, drilling, stapling) and ensure final quality control.
  • Mail & Shipping: Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and faxes. Process shipments and deliveries, apply postage, and maintain accurate shipping logs.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily inspections of office copiers, clear paper jams, and coordinate professional service calls when repairs are needed.
  • Logistics & Inventory: Track supply levels, distribute office supplies, and maintain daily meter logs for billing and management reports.
  • Facility Support: Coordinate meeting room setups, assist with internal office moves, and perform light maintenance (such as re-lamping or light cleaning) as assigned.
  • Digital Workflow: Use MS Office and email to retrieve, transfer, and archive digital files according to established protocols.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Ability: Proficiency in operating high-volume duplicating equipment, mail management systems, and postage meters.
  • Software Skills: Basic competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to move between buildings, lift supplies, and perform manual tasks like binding and room setups.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on quality checks, filing accuracy, and maintaining neat, well-stocked work areas.
  • Communication: Professional phone and interpersonal skills to answer customer questions and provide status updates.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work periodic overtime on nights or weekends for emergency responses or tight deadlines.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $14.50 to $16.45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
