Job description Morgan is hiring Pipe Layers for the Utilities division. 2 years of experience in laying sewer line, water line, and storm drains is preferred but we're looking for individuals of all levels. We provide some on-the-job training, and each position has opportunity for advancement based on performance. Responsibilities Job responsibilities for this position can include but are not limited to the following, knowledge of elevation and grades, installing different drains, making sure there is a safe work environment, assisting in equipment maintenance, learning to operate equipment.
