Customer Incident & Compliance Specialist (Contract) Location: Deerfield, IL (Hybrid - 4 days onsite) Schedule: Full-time, CST Contract: Temporary with potential extension or conversion Overview Seeking a customer-focused professional to manage customer incident cases and support retail compliance activities. This role involves handling sensitive customer interactions, maintaining detailed case records, and supporting urgent recall and compliance efforts. Key Responsibilities * Manage customer injury, property damage, and pharmacy-related incident cases end to end * Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal partners * Assess case severity and escalate high-risk situations as needed * Accurately document and track cases using Salesforce and internal systems * Analyze data and create regular reports on case activity and trends * Support product recalls, pull & quarantine activities, and compliance follow-ups * Communicate with retail locations to ensure recall actions are completed * Assist with compliance documentation, SOPs, audits, and team initiatives Qualifications * 2+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment * Healthcare or pharmacy experience preferred * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, large datasets) * Experience with Salesforce or case management systems * Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills * High school diploma or GED required Work Environment * Hybrid role: onsite four days per week in Deerfield, IL * Must be local and able to be onsite on Day 1 for equipment pickup * Flexibility required for occasional after-hours or weekend emergencies Why Apply * Meaningful, customer-impacting work * Fast-paced environment with cross-functional exposure * Potential opportunity for extension or conversion Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Deerfield, IL.
