Description TEKsystems large retail customer is in need of an experience service desk analyst to join their team. This position will be Monday-Friday onsite 8-5. There will also be an on call schedule as 1 week primary and 2nd week secondary rotating every 8 weeks between the team. This resource will need to have experience doing both remote phone support and walk up support as needed. Work will come in both ways as well as via ServiceNow ticketing system. They will cover all tier 1 tasks with goal to triage and move to correct teams as needed. There are roughly 4500 total end users with 100 plus total locations. 1) 2-3 years plus in Service Desk experience - Endpoint Management- Account creation, MFA, Peripherals, Walk up and Remote phone support 2) Customer Service/Professional/ Motivated/ Independent- a lot of executives sit at this site so they need a person that can provide a white glove service and are great at self motivation and being independent with their workload and staying busy. 3) Ticket management system experience (They are using ServiceNow, not required to have that particular one though). They just need to be able to route and update tickets. Also know how to look into the queue. 4) .
